Biography of Brindha Dyer, MBA

 

Brindha has almost 20 years of broad geographic and industry experience across all facets of business transformation planning and strategy. In her role at JPM Chase as an Executive Director, she will be responsible for business process analysis, end to end solution design, operating model transformation and user experience in their Commercial Banking business.

 

Her recent and relevant experience in the last 6 years has been in the modernization and transformation of Meijer, a family-owned grocery retail chain and the 126-year-old safety science company Underwriter Laboratories (UL). In both these companies she helped create and execute their transformation strategy to remain competitive, discover new markets and elevate their data driven decision acumen. Her focus included spearheading change initiatives and ensuring the evolving voice of the business and market remained central to the design of new products/services enabling these businesses to transform from traditional brick and mortar to information and technology powerhouses.

 

In her early part of her career she worked for various firms in the field of Software Engineering. Her blend in technology, strategy and management has helped her build trusting partnerships with her teams and customers. Brindha has her Masters in Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
