Biography of Mary Jo Bollero

 

Mary Jo Bollero had an extensive career with Miller Brewing Company as well as start-ups and consulting organizations. She is an Organizational Development consultant with over 20 years of human resources, information technology, and executive management experience directing the business planning, change initiatives, process redesign, and leadership development. She has deep experience in the areas of project definition, resource allocation, change implementation, focus-group facilitation, multi-unit management, coaching and Strategic Planning, including David LaPiana’s innovative “Real-Time Strategic Planning” approach.

 

Since joining ESC, some of Mary Jo’s clients include Access Living, Breakthrough Urban Ministries, and the Sierra Club Of Illinois. She has completed ESC training in Advanced Consulting, Board Development, Strategic Planning, Coaching, Team Development, Leadership Transition, Advanced Tech Tools, Urgent Action Team, Engagement Management, Total Assessment, and Consulting, a course she facilitates for her peers. In addition, Mary Jo is a member of the ESC Board of Directors.

Mary Jo received her MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. Mary Jo believes that an organization is successful when its members understand how they each contribute.
