Tom Lamb is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in finance, planning, and organizational leadership. He has served as CFO of Integra Telecom and Prime Advantage Corporation, and held senior roles at Bell Canada and multiple AT&T divisions. In addition to finance, Tom has led operations, HR, and IT functions, bringing a broad perspective to his consulting work.

Since joining ESC, Tom has worked with a wide range of clients including Access Living, El Hogar Del Nino, Preservation Partners, and the St. Charles Singers. He serves on the boards of both ESC and St. Charles Singers.
