Ron Goldberg brings extensive public sector, nonprofit, and business leadership experience to ESC, guiding organizations through start-ups, turnarounds, and periods of significant change. A former Sales Manager with a distinguished career in local and national advertising, he has expertise in breaking down silos, building consensus, and aligning goals with measurable outcomes. 

 

As President of a large nonprofit during Covid, Ron successfully led the transition from in-person to virtual, virtual to hybrid, and back to full reopening.  The organization stayed connected, engaged, and financially strong; achieving their membership and fundraising goals with no staff layoffs.  During his time at ESC, Ron's work on Strategic Planning teams and as an Executive Coach has been reviewed by our client partners as "excellent" and "approachable."
