Philip I. Waitzman, MBA, MPH, MA, LCSW, is a seasoned leader with experience in corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, and professional associations. He has served as President and CEO of Vision Share, expanding it into the world’s largest consortium of donor eye banks, and has led development efforts for the American Orthopedic Association.

His career includes consulting on strategy, marketing, and program growth; corporate work at Arthur Andersen; and leadership roles at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois and multiple universities, where he launched programs in nursing, public health, and healthcare administration. With degrees from Drake University, the University of Chicago, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, Waitzman is known for building organizational strength through strategic vision, partnerships, and collaborative leadership.
