Mary Beth Krantz is a solutions-driven strategist with experience building and aligning organizational operations to deliver strong business results for both Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. With a background in engineering design and services, quality management, and data governance, Mary Beth enjoys process redesign to deliver efficiencies and improve customer experiences.

Mary Beth joined the Executive Service Corps in 2021 and has worked on many strategic plans for organizations, supported one-on-one coaching with clients and is serving on the ESC Consultant Success Council, the Marketing/Communications Committee, and as acting Director of Operations focused on processes and systems. She also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer/Secretary officer for the financial arm of The Night Ministry in Chicago, Board President of the Parc Chestnut Condominium Association and on the Advisory Board for the University of Kansas School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Mary Beth earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and is a certified quality Green Belt.
