Mary Lee Schneider is a seasoned executive with leadership experience as CEO and CTO in publishing, printing, and educational services. She has served as President & CEO of SG360° and Follett Corp., and as President, Digital Solutions & CTO at RR Donnelley, with earlier career roles at Condé Nast, Time Warner, and BusinessWeek.

She currently serves on the boards of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, Active International, Penn State University, the Chicago Public Library Foundation, and Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Recognized as a “Director to Watch” by Private Company Director Magazine in 2020, she also holds the NACD Directorship Certification.

Mary Lee earned a B.A. from Penn State, an M.S. from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and both an MBA and M.S. from Northwestern University. ESC clients describe her as “organized, articulate, and committed to the mission.”
