Kate Monkus has dedicated her career to strengthening nonprofits, with leadership roles at Rotary International, the Texas Committee for the Humanities, and the American Red Cross. With over a decade of expertise in fundraising, partnerships, and program development, she has worked in Chicago, Washington, DC, and at the Red Cross national headquarters, coaching teams on multi-market strategies and community engagement.

Currently, Kate co-leads Indivisible Lakeview + Lincoln Park and volunteers with Open Books and Nettelhorst Elementary. ESC clients praise her as “outstanding, supportive, and focused,” bringing clarity and professionalism to every engagement.
