Kate Monkus has dedicated her career to strengthening nonprofits, with leadership roles at the American Red Cross  Rotary International and Children's Literacy Initiative. With over a decade of expertise in fundraising, partnerships, and program development, she has worked at the local, regional and national level. She has coached teams on multi-market strategies for fundraising and community engagement.  Kate believes that nonprofits can be built to thrive with good data, good stories and good humor.

Currently, Kate volunteers with Indivisible, a grassroots democracy organization. ESC clients praise her as “outstanding, supportive, and focused,” bringing clarity and professionalism to every engagement.
