Jay Munce is a seasoned business and technology leader with deep experience in strategy, operations, client services, and revenue growth in professional services. He has provided consulting services for executives in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and financial services.
 

Jay Munce recently joined ESC as an Engagement Manager and serves as the Co-Chair for the Celebration of Service event. Jay also participates on both the ESC Fundraising Committee and the Business Development team. He joined the ESC Board of Directors on January 1, 2026. Jay’s background in professional services leadership, digital strategy, and operational excellence are valuable assets in support of ESC growth.
 

Jay holds a BS in Computer Science from Iowa State University and an MBA from Northwestern University JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management with a focus on Marketing and Management Policy.
