Executive Service Corps

Candidate Screening / Interview Questions for New Consultants and Executive Coaches

This form is submitted by the interviewer from the Colleague Success Council while screening colleague applicants interested in being new consultants and executive coaches.

 

Attention Interviewer:

  • Interviews should be conducted via Zoom.

  • Interviews can take up to 3 hours.

  • Prior to each interview, review the applicants application and LinkedIn page.

  • Begin the interview with:

    • An introduction to yourself including your work with the Executive Service Corps

    • An introduction to the organization such as:

  • While conducting the interview take notes (not a transcript) in the below form.

    • Your submission is accessible by the Colleague Success Council, as appropriate.

  • Conclude the interview by thanking the applicant for their time and if appropriate by inviting them to the next orientation.
