Bob Hubberts, MBA, CPA

Bob Hubberts is a senior finance and operations leader with over 35 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit management. He served as Corporate Vice President & Director of Finance – Business Operations at Motorola Solutions and has also held leadership roles with Nokia Siemens Networks and the Chicago Cubs. At ESC, he brings expertise in finance, strategic planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness, serving clients such as Lutheran Children and Family Services, the Chicago Architecture Center, and the Museum of Contemporary Photography.

Bob earned a B.S. in Accounting from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University. He is President of FIRST Illinois Robotics, serves on the board of Consumers Credit Union, and has previously served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Chicago and the Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club.
