Bill Hassett is a seasoned nonprofit consultant specializing in capital accumulation, governance, and strategy, with a focus on diversifying revenue streams and aligning missions with market and funder priorities. He has served as a nonprofit CFO and as a partner in a national CPA firm with a practice in affordable housing and real estate.

His extensive board service spans affordable housing, education, social enterprise, and senior adult sectors, where he has held roles as board chair, treasurer, secretary, and committee chair. Bill also advises on executive succession planning and serves as Chair of ESC’s Board Placement Practice and an Engagement Manager.

A dedicated mentor, Bill has led leadership development cohorts and guided emerging leaders, college students, and employee engagement groups in building skills and strategies for success.
