She is one of the most accomplished, well-spoken leaders that we have ever encountered. Those who followed her were nothing less. We recommend using ESC consultants as one of the best decisions we have made since we opened our doors and would be happy to discuss their intervention in more detail with anyone who has an interest or is considering using them. They are fantastic.”

She came right in and conducted listening tours, created a high-level action plan to operationalize best practices across the agency and strengthened the agency's funding portfolio for the fiscal year, all in a matter of three months. This effort allowed for a great transition between two permanent CEO's."
