Biography of Madhu Reddy, MBA, MS

​

Madhu Reddy has 22+ years’ experience in technology leadership in financial services and pharma, covering strategy to delivery of technology solutions. Currently, Madhu serves as the SVP & Chief Information Officer at Republic Bank, which is a full-service bank based out of Oak Brook, IL. He is responsible for the bank’s technology & digital strategy, cybersecurity, delivery, operations, and technology sourcing. His passion is applying technology and data to creating competitive differentiation, enable growth and operational effectiveness. He has worked in the US, Europe, Central Asia and fluent in Russian.

 

Prior to Republic Bank, Madhu worked at Popular Bank ($60B AUM) spanning 16 years in various leadership roles in IT & digital strategy, enterprise architecture, business intelligence, applications, and technology & business transformation programs. Earlier in his career, he was the country manager responsible for managing business operations based in Central Asia for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. 

 

Madhu has an MBA from Southern Illinois University and a master’s in electrical engineering from Odessa Polytechnic University (Ukraine). Madhu serves on the Board of Directors of the Executive Services Corps, the premier nonprofit consultancy with the mission of helping make nonprofit organizations' successful.
