Biography of Jodi Wellman

 

Jodi Wellman is a co-founder and partner of Happy Work Spectacular Life, where she helps individuals and companies create stunningly spectacular success through their work. Jodi is a leadership coach and consultant with 17 years of corporate experience spanning executive roles in operations, sales, and customer retention. Jodi is founder of Fourth Thousand Mondays, a professional executive coaching company.

 

Prior to starting Happy Spectacular, Jodi was Senior Vice President of Operations at a leading health and lifestyle organization. She has successfully led strategic initiatives focused on culture development, growth/new business development, organizational change and restructuring, with general management/P&L accountability. 

Jodi was also a Chair at Vistage International for five years, where she led a private CEO advisory board and coached executives to improve bottom-line results, execution and leadership performance.

 

Jodi is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through ICF, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through CTI.  

 

Jodi is a past board member of Executive Service Corps of Chicago (ESC) and a current member of the Faculty, where she facilitates The Consultant as Coach for ESC consultants. She is also the leader of ESC's Coach Practice Group.
